Try the question a buyer would ask.

Imagine somebody asks an AI assistant to help choose a website agency. “We create digital experiences” gives little reason to select one company over another. Clear services, relevant experience and a useful explanation give the person more to work with.

Write down three questions a new customer might ask about your business. Read the website to see whether it actually answers them. Can you point to the answer without explaining it yourself?

At Markov & Partners, the answer starts with our combination of consulting and delivery. We study how customers buy, then build websites, software and automation around the findings. The reason to choose us should be clear before the call.

Make the page readable from the start.

A visitor should see the important message without opening hidden panels or waiting for a decorative sequence. Search systems should be able to reach the same useful content.

We check what the server sends before the browser runs scripts. We check that titles describe the page, language links go to matching versions and the sitemap lists the right addresses. We also check that information in the code agrees with what the visitor reads.

These are practical checks, not a promise of first place. Google’s published advice for its AI features builds on normal SEO. A sound website and helpful content still matter.

Publish examples that help a customer decide. Explain why a type of work fits one problem and not another. Keep your results specific and your language ordinary. Do not fill the website with dozens of pages saying the same thing.

Then make contact simple. The form must work, the team must receive the details and the visitor must know what happens next.

We can investigate the weak point and carry the answer into the copy, design and software. A useful website should help somebody choose you and help your team serve them.

Try reading your main service page without any images. Can you tell what the company does, who it helps and why somebody would choose it? Check whether the answer is actually in the page text. Clear words help a prospective customer first. They also give search systems something concrete to read. We write that explanation from the business and customer research, not a list of fashionable keywords.

The analysis becomes the work.

Why we start with the business.

Markov & Partners is a consulting agency that also builds websites, CRMs, custom software and AI automation. Our work with 300+ clients in 16 countries spans different markets, customer habits and ways of working. That experience shaped the Markov Methodology.

We read the data, study the competition and work out why a customer would choose you. Then we shape the offer, words and design around that decision. If the product is hard to sell or the market is crowded, we say so before you spend more. We build the solution and measure what changes. Our average conversion uplift in the first month is +47%.
