Find the unanswered request.

The website sends a request to a shared inbox. Everybody assumes somebody else will answer. Two days later, the buyer has chosen another company. The advert worked. The website worked. The business still lost the sale.

Look at a few recent enquiries. Who owned each one? When did they reply? What happened next? Can you tell which became customers without asking three people?

A CRM should help people act. It is a system for keeping customer details, conversations and next steps together. It should make work clearer rather than add another place to type the same information.

Keep the process simple.

Start with a name, an owner, a status and the next action. Add only the details people need to respond well. Agree what makes a request suitable and when it should be closed.

Then remove the repetition. A website form can create the record. A reminder can flag an unanswered request. The team can see the history before calling. When a request moves to another person, the explanation should move with it.

We study this work before choosing tools. An existing CRM may fit. A custom system may be worth building when the process needs something different. The answer follows the work, not the software brand.

Improve the sale after the click.

Measure response time, useful conversations and won customers. Check why requests were lost. More form submissions may mean little if the same share keeps getting forgotten.

We work across consulting, websites and software because the customer does not experience them as separate departments. A clear offer, a good website and a reliable response should support each other.

If the current process cannot handle existing demand, we will say so before recommending more traffic. Then we can build the forms, CRM connections and automation that make the next enquiry easier to serve. Start by showing us where a request goes today.

Choose one enquiry and follow it through the team. Who receives it? Who replies? Where is the next step written down? If the answer depends on somebody remembering a message, there may be a simple improvement to make. We map that work before building the CRM. The goal is fewer missed opportunities and less chasing, not another system everyone has to update twice.

The analysis becomes the work.
  1. UnderstandThe market. The buyer.
  2. DecideThe offer. The words.
  3. BuildDesign. Software.
  4. CheckWhat changed?

Why we start with the business.

Markov & Partners is a consulting agency that also builds websites, CRMs, custom software and AI automation. Our work with 300+ clients in 16 countries spans different markets, customer habits and ways of working. That experience shaped the Markov Methodology.

We read the data, study the competition and work out why a customer would choose you. Then we shape the offer, words and design around that decision. If the product is hard to sell or the market is crowded, we say so before you spend more. We build the solution and measure what changes. Our average conversion uplift in the first month is +47%.
