Choose the customer first.
A returning customer and somebody seeing your brand for the first time may need different reasons to buy. One knows the product. The other still needs to trust it. Sending both the same loud discount can miss that difference.
We study who buys, why they choose the product and what stops other people. We check competing offers and the questions customers ask. Then we choose the offer, message and place to send the visit.
The campaign starts with the buyer, not the banner. The design matters, but it works better when the business decision behind it is clear.
Put the work in order.
Agree the products, prices, stock and goal. Prepare the website and payment steps. Then make the adverts, emails and other campaign material match the same offer. Give each piece an owner and a deadline.
Plan time for testing. Check the whole route from message to confirmation. Ask the support team which questions are likely to arrive, and give them useful answers before customers start asking.
Include the day after the sale. Who handles delivery questions? What happens if an item sells out? How will you invite a satisfied customer back? A plan should cover the work caused by the campaign as well as the work that launches it.
Read the result honestly.
Agree what you will compare before launch. Look at paid orders, money left after costs, returns and repeat business. Keep notes on stock shortages, price changes and problems that affected the result.
Do not judge the campaign only by its busiest hour or its largest sales screenshot. The business needs to know what worked, what cost too much and what to change next time.
Our Black Friday service joins business analysis, offer planning, website work, automation and campaign preparation—and more where needed. We can challenge the plan and do the work behind it. Talk to us while there is still time to improve it.
Give each important task an owner and a check date. The offer needs approval, the website needs testing and the team needs to know what happens when something fails. Prepare the customer answers before the busy day. We can help organise the plan, improve the offer, build the missing parts and more. Book a call while there is still time to change something useful.

Why we start with the business.
Markov & Partners is a consulting agency that also builds websites, CRMs, custom software and AI automation. Our work with 300+ clients in 16 countries spans different markets, customer habits and ways of working. That experience shaped the Markov Methodology.
We read the data, study the competition and work out why a customer would choose you. Then we shape the offer, words and design around that decision. If the product is hard to sell or the market is crowded, we say so before you spend more. We build the solution and measure what changes. Our average conversion uplift in the first month is +47%.
