Buy something on a phone.

Start at the advert or campaign link. Open it on a normal phone. Find a product, choose an option, add it to the basket and complete a test payment. Follow the confirmation too.

Note every moment you hesitate. Is the text readable? Is the selected size clear? Can you find delivery costs? Does the payment error tell you how to continue? Ask somebody unfamiliar with the website to try the same task.

We test the sale as a complete journey. A working banner is not a working Black Friday campaign. The expensive mistakes are often further along than the first screen.

Make the same promise everywhere.

The advert, website, basket and confirmation should agree on the offer. Check which products qualify, when it ends and whether codes can combine. Explain delivery timing and important conditions clearly.

Check stock updates and the messages sent after an order. Make sure support knows the offer and has an answer for common problems. A customer should not have to negotiate the advertised price after buying.

We look at the customer’s doubts as well as the technical steps. A slow page needs work. So does an offer that makes people wonder what they will actually receive.

Prepare for the busy part.

Decide who watches failed payments, broken links and customer questions during the campaign. Keep a simple way to stop or change an offer if stock or delivery changes. Test the tools you rely on before the busy day.

Check that paid orders are counted correctly. Do not treat a click or an abandoned basket as money earned. After the campaign, read sales alongside returns, advertising costs and fulfilment problems.

We can investigate the weak points, improve the website and connect the software behind it. Our Black Friday preparation covers the offer, buying journey, automation and more. Bring us the current setup and we will put the work in order.

Test the whole journey with a real phone, from the campaign link to the confirmation. Check that the offer matches, the final cost is clear and the form works. Then check the order reaches the right person or system. A fast page is useful; a fast page attached to a broken handoff still loses a customer. We look at both.

The analysis becomes the work.
  1. UnderstandThe market. The buyer.
  2. DecideThe offer. The words.
  3. BuildDesign. Software.
  4. CheckWhat changed?

Why we start with the business.

Markov & Partners is a consulting agency that also builds websites, CRMs, custom software and AI automation. Our work with 300+ clients in 16 countries spans different markets, customer habits and ways of working. That experience shaped the Markov Methodology.

We read the data, study the competition and work out why a customer would choose you. Then we shape the offer, words and design around that decision. If the product is hard to sell or the market is crowded, we say so before you spend more. We build the solution and measure what changes. Our average conversion uplift in the first month is +47%.
